Broadly speaking IPS is categorised as Verbal and Non-Verbal Skills. Non–Verbal is otherwise known as Body Language; having a good awareness of your Body Language can greatly impact on business success.

Learn how to search for information and to deliver excellent presentations; this includes structuring the presentation, making links, so the presentation will flow and learn how to make use of relevant resources. As a private training provider,  Study Coach aims to help business people to develop key Interpersonal Skills, in order to build confidence for doing business, build stronger relationships with clients/customers and become more socially influential.

We aim to help clients through our learning guides to do more business. Learning Interpersonal Skills is a very private matter, as the name infers it is ‘personal’, and so our learning resources, allows people to engage with learning at their convenience. Study Coach will coach people through Study Guides to correct issues with Verbal Skills, and to interpret the messages people are sending through the use of Body Language. 

Learners/clients will be able to reflect and correct any negative messages they might be sending to people, and learn how IPS can help socially to attract that special someone.

Effective non-verbal communication is a vital skill for business people, and just like other skills it will become almost second nature to us once we have mastered it.
